That's the title of a book of cartoons by Tony De Saulles. It's available in print and e-book versions in the UK, although Amazon here in the USA has only the e-book version in stock. I hope that'll change, as I can't view cartoons very easily on my base-model Kindle and Nook e-readers.
As the title suggests, the book has a series of 99 cartoons on how snowmen can die. I found it very funny in a 'black humor' sort of way (I think Calvin would have approved!). The Telegraph has published a photo essay of some of the cartoons, from which I've drawn these three to whet your appetite. They've been reduced in size to fit here more easily.
