That's the title of this video clip by Marcus Chown, showing that the chemical processes that power rockets also fuel human beings. It's also an advertisement for his new book, but it's so well done I couldn't resist including it here.
There are several more video clips featuring Mr. Chown on YouTube. After watching them, I might have to buy some of his other books, too. They look interesting.
