Calling all learner drivers . . .
If you want to get drunk . . .
And then cut donuts in a parking lot with your car . . .
It's not a good idea to pick the police station parking lot to do so!

Hmmm I always used to do donuts in the snow when I lived in st. Louis. although I always did it at the Girls academy by the house and the local cops were usually there doing it with me. :)
