I have to admit, as I said at the bottom of the post, I first saw that at http://mostlycajun.com/wordpress/. However, thanks for the exposure.
It sounds like a Baxter Black poem. I will have to check the one book of his I have but it is definitely his style of writing.
It's by cowboy poet Waddie Mitchell and he just called it "The Bra".
