Excavator to the rescue
Bill Davis found two baby black-tailed deer stuck in the mud on a construction project. He and a fellow worker made good use of an excavator to rescue them.
Nice work! Now, if only the excavator had been a John Deere . . .

John Deere... Really??? LOL
I used to be A County Engineer in Ohio and a grandmother had her grandson with her at the County Fair one evening showing him off.
Grandma: "Do you know your colors?"
Grandson: "Yes!"
Grandma: "Well, what are they?"
Grandson: "Red, Yellow and John Deere."
True story! It was a heavy agricultural area.
Peter, we don't usually get PUNished when we come here to visit...
