Writing for a living - passion or professionalism?
I wrote an article on that subject today over at Mad Genius Club, the shared writers' blog to which I contribute. Click over there to read it, if the subject interests you. I think it's a contrast that many people - not just writers - might consider.

I'd love to write for a living, but no-one will buy my drivel! LOL
It's worth noting that the full title of the talk is something like "don't follow your passion, follow your skills"
now, if you are lucky enough to love what you are skilled at, and can make a living with it (and the process of making a living doesn't kill your love), then you are very lucky.
