Observers such as Michael Yon have noted that among the illegal aliens streaming northward through the Darien Gap towards the USA, there are a significant proportion of Chinese.
Many of them are younger men "of military age". Video and photographs appear to confirm that.
Others have already speculated that they may include Chinese intelligence agents; but I fear something more. If I were China... and I regarded the United States as an enemy... and I expected that a "hot" war might erupt in the Pacific in the not too distant future... wouldn't I try to get as many Special Forces operators as possible into my prospective enemy's territory before the outbreak of hostilities?
They wouldn't have to be well equipped. Given the sheer volume of international trade entering the USA every day, it would not be difficult to smuggle their arms and equipment into the country through various channels. For that matter, much of it could be bought locally. It's not like China is short of US dollars - we pay them billions every week (literally) to buy goods we import from them.
At any rate, that's the thought that comes to my mind when I see so many Chinese men "of military age" seeking to illegally enter the USA.

You might want to look at a movie "Dragon Day" about how the USA was sold out and American Federal Police were placing correction bands on American wrists.
That would be a nightmare for American citizens of Chinese descent. If there were ever a significant amount of attacks by Chinese agents on American soil, many people who appear Asian would be shot on sight.

I think "your thinking" is right on. People are not suspicious enough of the CCP and their patience and ability to put off immediate satisfaction for long-term gain.

If 60% voted for Trump (which I think is low) and another 10% were useful idiots that would leave 30% of the US as a problem, a number I think is high. Much of that 30% is irrelevant (welfare recipients and the like). Given good intelligence and a good target list a few thousand could certainly spark a civil war and even perform a significant number of assassinations during the chaos.
In US war games the US frequently initiates nukes first. I would think avoiding nukes to be high on the to do list. Easiest way to invade Taiwan is to have the US internally focused and consumed.
Don't forget the flood of Spanish speaking young men. Cartel members, mercenaries? The racial tensions among Americans (as noted by Scott Adams). Plenty of fuel once the fire is lit.
First start a banking crisis. No one can buy gas or groceries if the economy is brought to a screeching halt. Throw in some power outages, some selective shootings and let the games begin.
I used to do some serious gun buying from a major US sporting goods chain as a collector. The chief gun salesman at the local store told me that he was getting a large number of Chinese students buying AR-15s and handguns, all configured the same way, and that other stores in the region(Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) were reporting the same thing. He had let corporate know, but they just wanted the sales, and I tried to pass on the info to a few people I knew in the intel community, to no avail.
I haven't been in any of the stores in a few years, since I got in trouble with my last client over missing an important meeting because a transaction took 3 hours, so I don't know if this activity is still going on.

It's not just the Chinese MAMs, Venezuela is contributing multiple brigades worth of MAMs too. The narco-terrorists are the logpac for what? At least 10 brigades worth of light infantry. I can’t imagine China passing up the opportunity to infiltrate America with trained operatives. In fact it makes no sense not to. Unfortunately this smuggling has gone on for over twenty years, so there are many, many Chinese illegal aliens living in America.

But China has a huge population of military age males thanks to the one child policy. By far the bulk of them live out in the sticks with zero hope of bettering their lives or finding a woman. It's a sellers market there for women, who can be choosy. And many get caught up in the same crap as women here - career, money, stuff - and don't want to be married.
