I've visited Magwa Falls, near the isolated town of Lusikisiki on the Wild Coast of the Transkei region of South Africa. However, I just visited them. I never jumped into the 600-foot gorge they created!

Part of me says "Cool. Crazy, but cool." Another part wonders how many locals will die trying to do what they did using local supplies.
It's a strange world we live in.
Not sure I get the crazy part.
Seems to me if you're going to jump off a cliff for fun, it doesn't much matter if it's a little one or a big one; if anything, I'd prefer a large cliff, as that way I'd never know if something went wrong.
Not to mention if I'm going to have to walk all the way back up there either way, I'd like to have the longest ride possible.
But that's just me.
