The metric system is French. Nuff said. Besides, I like living in a tradition preserving society like America. HA

Plus, there were 13 apostle's in total. St Matthias was selected by the remaining apostles to replace Judas Iscariot.
I visited his tomb in Trier, Germany last year. Very humbling experience.
