How (not) to smuggle cigarettes


It might have worked for a while.  Unfortunately, the Italian customs people found out about it - with results as illustrated.





Wonder how many cigarettes were involved?  That's quite a heap!  Also, how much effort went into hiding them so creatively?  That's a lot of hard work for nothing . . .

So.... taxes are SO high there, this became viable?

It's been a viable occupation since Christ was a corporal... Smuggling by the Corsican/Sicilians is a LONG family tradition!!! and it's not just cigarettes, it's ANYTHING you want smuggled including people.
