Making a 320-layer pattern-welded Damascus steel knife

I love watching old-school craftsmen at work.  There's something timeless in the way they go about it.

Absolutely gorgeous knife and what a nice touch to be using it to make the sheath it is going into!

I'm pretty sure I don't want to know how much that thing sells for though.
It would break the spell and my heart.

Probably not anymore than a nice handgun would cost you. I've got a really nice one from Baltimore Knife & Sword, a gift from my brother.
