A few years ago, James Holland produced a superb documentary for the BBC about the Battle of Britain. He used new material and interviewed German survivors of the Battle to produce several fresh perspectives that differed from 'traditional history'. The documentary is over 50 minutes in length, but well worth watching. I recommend viewing it in full-screen mode.
Mr. Holland went on to produce an excellent book, 'The Battle of Britain: Five Months That Changed History; May-October 1940'. It's a good read, even for someone like myself who considers himself an authority on the Battle from an historical and technical perspective. Recommended.
