OK, readers, I'm sure most of you are a broad-minded lot, who know about things like sex toys.
You also know about hardware, particularly electric drills and saws.
Would you combine the two? No? I thought not.
Apparently, some people are not as sensible as you and I . . .
A Southern Maryland woman was seriously injured in a mishap involving a sex toy over the weekend.
The accident was reported to local fire and rescue personnel about 1:30 a.m. on March 7, from an address on Rogers Drive. The man who made the 911 call said he had placed a sex toy over a saber saw blade, and then used the power tool on his partner, but the blade cut through the plastic and injured the woman.
The victim, a 27-year-old woman, was reportedly injured and bleeding. She was flown to Prince George's hospital center by Maryland State Police.
County law enforcement officials who were familiar with the media report about this case said although they were not initially called to investigate the incident, they would likely follow up to determine it was just an accident and involved consentual behavior.
Ye Gods and little fishes!
I mean . . . what can one say? To take a powered saw blade and use it to drive a sex toy? That's beyond doofus, beyond even dumbass. It's . . . it's . . . I don't know what it is!
Ladies, please, please tell me that you'd never let your loved one anywhere near you while wielding such an implement! You wouldn't! Would you?
If this is love in the modern age, I'm going back to a nice, safe, celibate monastery!
(Exits left, shaking head, whimpering . . . )

just in case you're still wondering - no, there's no way i'ld let my hubby anywhere near me with such an implement.
BTW on a similar topic - have you seen the "adult pleasure toy" commemorating Obama? Just for the record - i wouldn't let my hubby near me with that either!
if you've not seen it, let me know and i'll dig out the link.
Blerg.
I think it's only fair that the guy start experimenting with an appropriate 'toy' for himself... something with a blender, perhaps?
Dare I say it, Peter, but there are companies that make, eh, proper attachments for the reciprocating saw for such purposes.
Srsly.
tweaker
Tweaker: might be kinky, but makes a certain preverted sense (having a company making such attachments for use). But simply attaching on to a sawzall's blade? That takes a level of stupid that I'm gonna have to shake my head at...
Um, this guy qualifies as a "Doofus." You're supposed to take the saw blade OFF, and use a blunt attachment.
Safety first! ;-)
*snerks*
I'm just wondering why he needed a power tool...insuffcient power to his own?
*evil grin*
I can understand this problem but, there are little pills that help. And to put the thing ON THE BLADE...yeeesh...
You know how guys kinda wince and clutch when they see another guy popped in the 'nads? That's me right now - poor woman, but WHAT was she thinking?
Wow, that is truly weapons-grade stupid right there.
Both of them. The man for thinking it was a good idea and the woman for letting it be done.
