Today's Doofus comes to us courtesy of fellow blogger Papa Todd, who saw the drama unfold. He described how workers were erecting bollards in front of a sports bar across the street from his place of work . . . and took a photograph demonstrating their doofidity. I don't know Papa Todd and I hesitate to impugn his honor but I am pretty sure I saw this same pic a couple of years ago and if I remember right some of those post are removable to allow access
I have known that picture for the past 3 or 4 years if i remember it was taken in Dublin Ireland.
Sorry, for once you've been suckered. That's been around for years...
