Just when you thought it was safe to be a vegetarian . . .

Reader J. M. sent me these two photographs.  Their origin is unknown, but he says that some years ago an artist created an image of the 'Alien' from the film of the same name using vegetables instead of paint or other materials.  Here are two photographs of it.  Click each image to view it in a much larger size.

Very cool!  To make it drool, I suppose you'd just add salad dressing . . .
