A song of the weather . . .
. . . for those getting blasé about Hurricane Harvey. This is from British entertainers Flanders and Swann.
There's a 3-CD boxed set of their entire song output available. Title is something along the lines of "The Complete Flanders & Swann". Highly recommended.

BAD MOON RISING is still an ideal "theme song" for Houston (and Beaumont and Port Arthur as well).
