My company just did a diversity survey. I checked every box and submitted it. I'm a Black, Hispanic, Caucasian, Asian, Native who's male, female, transexual and 2 spirited.
I expect I'll be the CEO next year.

This is truer than you realize.
I didn't tell one of my newer family members that she probably wouldn't be as successful in the modern corporate world if she was white and male instead of non-white and female. Instead I kept my month shut and wished her the best.
Me and my wife did with our sons when we had trouble with their school in the early 2000s in Northern Virginia. We ended up tutoring them to teach them properly as the teachers, the admin, and the school board was no help and was failing in teaching properly.
They graduated on different years and decided to go to different Trade Schools instead of college, which both me and my wife had gone to. They make about 6 figures per year, have houses, cars, and good bank accounts. We are white and they will always have jobs since their trades never lacks for demand.
