Amazing to have the wind and rain and snow shape that icicle just right, and for the photographer to be in just the right spot at just the right time to capture it.

Odd, how icicles seemed to form only on that particular branch. And when did icicles start forming themselves in artistic, gentle curves? Every icicle I have ever seen in eight decades formed themselves in accordance with the laws of gravity. No, the wind didn't do that, someone with photoshop did. A nice touch, putting an eye in exactly the right place. Good work tho, creating realistic ice on a computer is a challenge. Whoever did that should give themselves a bit of credit.
Also, water does not flow uphill forming an upward ice structure as in the "birds" head, and the window frame is not refracting correctly through its body. Details, details. Still, it's pretty good work... for an amateur.

No upward flow needed. Just cold as balls water dripping downward, and ice accumulation as it refreezes.
