Last week, writing about the mass jailbreak in Haiti over the previous weekend, I asked:
I wonder how many of those 4,000 escapees have already left Haiti, and are on their way here?
Border agents in Miami have been told to prepare for a wave of migration from Haiti following the takeover of the country by bloodthirsty gangs, The Post has learned.
An internal agency email leaked to The Post pointed out it is unlikely Haitians who take to the sea and enter Florida illegally will be repatriated back to their home country, given its instability.
The message also warned that one vessel of migrants landing would overwhelm agency capabilities in the area.
There's more at the link.
To my friends living in southern Florida: be on your guard, because your forthcoming Haitian guests are very unlikely to be law-abiding, peaceful people - and the present administration will simply admit them, regardless. In the memo referenced in the report above, there is not one word about background checks on the new arrivals; only concerns about how to process and admit them as quickly as possible. It seems nobody in authority cares whether or not they might be as much of a danger to society here as at least some of them probably were back in Haiti.
It's been said before, and it bears saying again:
you will become the Third World.

The governor needs to deploy whatever resources are needed and send these invaders to the suburbs where the politicians, bureaucrats and NGO staff live. Literally dump a bus load on the street in front of their homes. It needs to get real for them
How droll to think an illegal border crosser would be law abiding. That's funny right there!
Mark my words; I suspect that most of Haiti's population will be offered the chance to come here as refugees via Catholic Charities and other groups.
If we're going to do that I can think of some places to send them, but I'll take a pass on the locations...
Hopefully, they only like dark meat.
Sadly, the great majority are probably normal people, decent enough. No good way to distinguish between them and the inevitable percent who are not, other than to wait and see.
When my wife came, she had to submit documents from her home National Police, verifying no criminal record, no drug use etc., as well as medical records.
Welcome the dregs of humanity and see what happens... Haitian dregs will act just like the dregs from Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, et al...
Tom, it sounds like your wife entered legally. Thanks. There is a difference.
The Hatiens who come here might be as good as Hatiens get, but they will still be people acclimated to how things are in one of the worlds' worst societies.
Personally, I think that the Hatiens coming will be far worse for us than the Marielitos from Cubas' prisons, or the Jamaican posses / drug gangs.
Though we have probably not yet seen the worst from the Venezuelans and the Mexican / Central American drug gangs / Cartels.

I have been accused of not being a "nice person", admittedly with some truth. For what little it may be worth; I think any Haitian refugee/invaders should have their movements expedited to any Leftist Sanctuary City as soon as possible. This movement is going to include some of the worst and least civilized criminals in the world. Let those who have welcomed the invasions of our country, become the initial beachheads.
Given that we have our own indigenous mass of criminal gangs of American-black, American-Hispanic, and now new Mexican and Central-American Hispanic ethnicity criminals jockeying for power in those cities, bringing their own versions of "Diversity", the Haitians will bring their own changes.
Can you imagine the nature of gang wars when you toss in a group where it is at least rumored that cannibalism is a standard tactic?
Interesting Times, indeed. Especially with a ruling class that will not interfere with them in any way.
Hmm,Howboutthatschitt!!?? A Biggo Prison Break.. And the Marxists in DC are getting ready for them.. I've gotta wonder how much we were involved.
There's an even simpler solution: Sink the d@mn ships.
I don't live in Florida but the interstate highway system does connect my state to it and both states have airports and bus terminals. So, I bought another thousand rounds of 308 yesterday and ramped up training for biological 3-Gun stages with moving targets.
Hope I never need those skills, but it's a fun pastime.
