The question that ran through my head; why is there a video camera on a supposedly serene stretch of country road? Is it the farmers security camera? Is it "Big Brother" watching out for agitating agrarians? Am I getting paranoid? Steve
I was instructed to set the brake, place the gear in neutral then--unless using the PTO--back the throttle down to the lowness RPM the engine would run at.
