Sunday morning music
I found this over at Phil's place. It made me laugh, so I figured my readers would enjoy it too.
I still question whether Starbucks can be classified as coffee at all, but there you are . . .

I needed a laugh this morning. That was brilliant. Thanks Grumpy
I love Tim Hawkins! My husband and I went to see one of his shows in Bethlehem, PA - HILARIOUS!! I never understood WHY people loved Starbucks so much - I hate them personally speaking.
The only Starbucks I visited was at BNA airport at at 0500 when I flew to Baltimore. The crowd was business travelers and they were quiet and orderly. Too early for the hipsters and soccer moms. The coffee sucked but was hot. The lemon cake was outstanding
Funny video, and he mentions another of my pet peeves. Scones. I make pretty good scones, including 'pumpkin spice' (just do a cinnamon one using brown sugar, and add some ginger and cloves). The ones sold in stores (not just Starbucks) are bricks when they should be soft. It's like they turn down the temperature so they don't brown, and then leave them in too long.
I don't think SB coffee is any worse than any other. I suspect it's just trendy on the right to bash it. The advantage is you get the same OK cup no matter where you travel. I've had more sh$tty cups of coffee because I stopped at some random drive through while traveling.
Good point on the scones but that seems to generally be scones everywhere. I make my own and they are soft and incredible. I've never that I can remember had a good scone at a restaurant.

Of course, *$ is not coffee - it's brown crayon-water with loads of candy flavoring dumped in, but this! THIS is hilarious.
At the rate this is circulating, I'm gonna have to hit up Tim for a commission check. LOL
That's -awesome- and yeah, Starbux is crap.
