A kayak submarine???
This looks intriguing.
I'm still trying to figure out why you'd want to have a submersible kayak . . . particularly one that looks like an elongated seal, in an environment where there are things that eat seals!
Open circuit air system too... so quite limited gas supply, and would need an air compressor to refill the tank(s). But is that thing peddal powered underwater?

SOE had a submersible kayak type one-man boat in WW II. Used it to stick limpet mines on German ships, as I recall....
