Ice sculpture FAIL!
No time for regular posting today, with Blogorado still very much on the go. I'll try to post more tomorrow. To keep you happy (?), here's a video of a sculptor of ice figures who was . . . er . . . a little too ambitious!

I wonder if such a work could be usefully modelled on a computer and analyzed for stress?
When I was writing software, long ago, I tended to be a bit of a perfectionist. I learned the hard way to forego any finessing once it met the initial requirements.

Scope creep is a hard lesson to learn. :-(
