I'm almost (!) dumbstruck by this advertisement for Kumho car tires in England. The English is extraordinary - almost as extraordinary as the product! (A tip o' the hat to S. Weasel for the link.)
The Korean ultra-high performance tyre manufacturer Kumho presented with the scent tyres another sensational new development. The Kumho KH 31 is in the four fragrances orange blossom, rosemary, lavender and jasmine. The tyres are not well known to smell is one thing that is not only with a car and thicknesses much hp under the hood can specify, is the other thing. How about times with the opposite sex instead of roses, with beguiling smells of jasmine or orange on points. Let simply Kumho KH 31 and assemble a balance of fresh scent.

Let me get this straight. Kumho is marketing scented tires??? Is this so that one can cut a better-smelling donut, or cause fellow drivers to smile, sniff and say "Ah, yes, how nice!" when one smokes one's tires on a fast take-off from a red light? And as for telling the "opposite sex" that you bought her scented tires instead of roses . . . I think we can all guess where that relationship is going - not to mention how fast it'll get there!
Hmm . . . I wonder what this means for the retread market? "I'm tired of jasmine. How about putting on something in the sandalwood line - and with a good grip, please!"
