Dachshund versus mechanical penguin
The poor dog doesn't know what to do, but he's sure he's supposed to be doing something!
You have to remember the though processes of a dog; if they can't eat it or screw it, they pee on it. The dog can't do the first two, and the penguin won't stay still long enough for the third option, so the dog is at a loss as to what to do.

I can't figure out what to do so it runs around like an idiot. I see a future in politics for this dog.
