Larceny with a smile!
Received via e-mail from Bryn S. in Wales, UK, this tale of long-term larceny. Despite the fact that it isn't true, it was funny enough to make me smile, so I thought I'd share it with you anyway.
I was sorry to learn that it is a myth, but I agree with the point made by Rev.Paul about the way that sheeple expect to be pushed around/charged/regimented etc. by little people in day-glo jackets. A clipboard and a hi-vis coat are sufficient uniform and disguise for a multitude of anti-libertarian sins these days.

When the sheeple are sufficiently conditioned to accept complete nanny-statism, no one asks questions.
On the other hand, one must admire the sheer chutzpah of the man in question.
