Clearly, OSHA hasn't got a Russian equivalent yet . . .

It isn't OSHA that sets the rules for those "Road Work Ahead" signs. Not sure who it is, as every time I see the signs all I observe are folks straining to cause vertical shovels to crumple. Must be the hydraulic ram theory without the serious pounds/square inch pressure that usually makes hydraulics move stuff.

stay safe.

I am told that the frequency of insurance fraud is so high in the former USSR, that insurance companies offer significant discounts to drivers who install dash-cams in their cars.

The result is that the insurance companies reduce their fraudulent claim expenditures and we get to see more amazing videos on you tube!

Thanks for the post.
