BTDT all too many times. He missed the squalling baby Of a work-at-home mother, the siren from a passing cop car, the country music station in the background and the two folks, one in the UK and one in New Zealand holding their own conversation while you try to manage the meeting.
Sigh... yep, BTDT Yesterday as a matter of fact... We mandate mute unless you are actually commenting and if you come in late, you are just behind, because we don't repeat anything for the late comers benefit :-)

What Crucis said. VTCs require a disciplined leader, just like face-to-face meetings.
