At least he's now unlikely to successfully contribute his DNA to the gene pool.
No, fortunately, nature always finds a way. And the testicles are much hardier than you'd imagine, so unfortunately for the rest of us, he'll likely still be able to reproduce.
We could always ask him to show us what he was really trying to do, and see if he does it again.
