The ultimate flowchart?
A couple of months ago we looked at NPR's list of the top 100 science fiction and fantasy books. The list became something of a blog meme phenomenon, and is still circulating, with hundreds of bloggers having published it and indicated which books they've read.
Now SFSignal has produced what has to be the most complicated flowchart I've ever seen! They've taken NPR's booklist and created a decision tree to help you decide what (or what not) to read, or what would best suit the kind of person you are. When I describe it as 'fantastically complex', I'm not joking! Here's a thumbnail image of it.
You can read about it here, or click this link to see the image alone at SFSignal's Web site (click it again there to enlarge it to readable size). You can also play with an interactive version here, which is a lot of fun, even though it's not in flowchart format.
Congratulations to the good people at SFSignal for a very creative idea, very well executed!
Peter

Ok, I haven't spent all that much time looking, but I think I may have read everything on the SF side and at least half of the Fantasy side of that chart.
