Today's award goes to the idiot parent(s) who bought their kid a miniature ATV or quad bike . . . but didn't make sure he knew how to safely start or control it!
I wonder if they took it back for a refund after that?

Looks to me like they paid for their stupidity... :-0
I believe that had to be staged, as a clutch/neutral cutoff is de rigeur for starting machines like this. If not entirely staged, then I submit that the quad/atv was at least hot-wired to avoid the safety cutoffs.
