Garbage disposal FAIL!

Using a burn barrel to dispose of your garbage: can be useful.

Adding a little gasoline to your garbage, to make it easier to burn: potentially useful.

Adding a little too much gasoline to your garbage . . .

. . . not useful at all!

Right at the beginning you can see the dog taking cover behind the garage. Must be really frightening to know your dog is smarter than you are!

WV = ingste - lighting it on fire right away. :>)

I did not have audio on this, but I thought I lip read "Hold my beer and watch this!"

Ohhhh...I don't consider that to be "not useful" at all...

Made me laugh right out loud!

Also, that dork lighting the gas-wet trash with a book of paper matches (!) won't be needing to shave for a few days at least...

Growing up it was my job to burn the trash.

Once a year my mother would clean out the medicine cabinet and the cleaning supplies - this always resulted in about 10 half-full aerosol cans chucked into the garbage bag. I kept telling her that spray cans and fire are a really bad combination.

She finally got the message after the 55gal steel burning barrel launched itself about 10 feet into the air and sprayed burning debris in a 50' radius.

My job as a kid as well. I always thought that having a burn barrel was a good idea. Several months worth of trash reduced to one barrel full of ash. Now the authorities of course make us have everything hauled to the landfill filling it up much faster. I don't understand.

What's even better is standing around giggling while the roof is on fire.
