Is this the Disclaimer from Hell?

I've seen many disclaimers, from many sources. However, fellow blogger Earthbound Misfit has the longest, most convoluted, and probably the funniest disclaimer I think I've ever read! (The sensitive might wish to know that there are a few four-letter words thrown in here and there.)
