Bugs and Sam #1

This week, just because I feel like it, I'm going to kick back and enjoy some vintage cartoons with Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam. I daresay I'm not the only person with gray hair who grew up with them, and still remembers them with fondness. I'll put one up every day.

Let's start with one of my all-time favorites.

Who says history has to be boring?

Love it! I don't recall seeing that one before either.

My favorite memories of growing up were of Saturday mornings. My brother and I would run into my parents room and sit next to my Dad while we watched Loony Tunes.

Since they no longer show them on network TV, I bought the first three box sets of them just to make sure my kids see what REAL cartoons were like! My three year old son loves them and will randomly start the Rabbit Season/Duck Season bit with me or my wife.

Not to spoil the party, but notice early in the cartoon where the sign says"Another Appian Freeway - For Your Safety".

Apparently, the Mantra Of The Left has been around for a long, long time.

When watching the above, be VEWY, VEWY QWIET!
You need to add the Rabbit of Seville to your choices, and some Rocky and Bullwinkle, to further your childrens' education.
