This video clip shows Chinese acrobats doing their thing. The video isn't the greatest quality, and the venue and date are unknown, but it's worth watching, nonetheless.
I'd love to see that in the flesh! Can anyone tell me where this took place?

Credit where credit due, that was pretty spectacular.

No idea where you'd find that troupe, but Cirque du Soleil does some similar acts, and they're much easier to find in the U.S. :)
This looks like the kind of thing you can see on the broadcast of the Chinese New Year's Festival, shown by CCTV, the state-run television stations in China.
I've not seen this routine, but I've seen some similar to it on the Chinese New Year's broadcast which a San Francisco station shows every year.
. . .
With a little internet surfing, I've found it. You can watch the video at http://english.cctv.com/program/cultureexpress/20100213/103164.shtml which has some English labels for the acrobatics group.
Or you can look at other parts of this "CCTV Spring Festival Gala" at http://www.cctv.com/english/special/10springfestgala/live/index.shtml.
Enjoy!
Oh yeah, in order to see this in person, you'd need to have really good connections to the Chinese Government. Otherwise, I think the channel CCTV 9 is carried by DirecTV or Dish Network. Or look for videos online next lunar new year.
