Ambulance Driver's free book, revisited
A couple of days ago I mentioned that Ambulance Driver's book would be available as a free download from his publisher for a short period. Unfortunately, the link they provided didn't work!
That's now been rectified. You can go to this page on Ambulance Driver's blog to find a link to his publisher's download page; and this entry gives more information on the Kindle version of the download, which is apparently still giving problems. They'll (hopefully) be solved shortly.

Ah well, I would if I could. B&N hates me. I can't log in. Too bad there isn't some generic source for the book.
